视觉诱发电位联合新生儿眼底筛查对婴幼儿视功能评估的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:分析视觉诱发电位联合新生儿眼底筛查对婴幼儿视功能评估的相关性。方法:选取2020年4-12月惠州市第二妇幼保健院400名婴幼儿为观察对象。对婴幼儿视力发育情况进行随访,3个月龄时做眼保健检查,6个月龄开始屈光筛查,同时完成1次视觉诱发电位检查,根据检查结果再次复查视觉诱发电位或屈光筛查,记录各项指标。结果:经随访,14名婴幼儿诊断出不同程度的视功能异常。视觉诱发电位联合眼底检查诊断视功能异常的灵敏度为92.86%,特异度为97.15%,阳性预测值为54.17%,阴性预测值为99.73%,均高于视觉诱发电荷和眼底筛查单独应用的诊断效能。结论:对婴幼儿进行早期评估视功能具有十分重要的作用,视觉诱发电位联合眼底筛查可以及时发现婴幼儿视功能发育异常,及时进行眼部保健,有助于婴幼儿恢复视功能。Objective:To analyze the correlation of visual evoked potential combined with neonatal fundus screening to the assessment of infant visual function.Methods:400 infants in Huizhou Second Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the observation objects.The visual acuity development of infants was followed up,eye health examination was performed at 3 months of age,refractive screening was started at 6 months of age,and a visual evoked potential examination was completed.According to the examination results,the visual evoked potential or refractive screening was reviewed again,and all indicators were recorded.Results:After follow-up,14 infants were diagnosed with varying degrees of visual dysfunction.The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of visual evoked potentials combined with fundus screening were 92.86%,97.15%,54.17%and 99.73%respectively,which were higher than the diagnostic efficacy of visual evoked charge and fundus screening alone.Conclusion:Early assessment of infants'visual function plays a very important role.Visual evoked potential combined with fundus screening can detect the abnormal development of infants'visual function in time,and timely eye care can help infants to recover visual function.
