摘 要:目的:比较高通量检测和常规检测对艾滋病合并复杂感染的诊断效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年12月收治的艾滋病合并复杂感染患者70例为观察对象,均行高通量检测及常规检测,比较不同检测方式诊断准确率、检测时间、病原体检出数量,分析感染者中CD_(4)^(+)T细胞计数、抗体酶联免疫反应样本吸光度值比临界值(S/CO)值>20比例、免疫印迹实验出现p31条带比例。结果:高通量检测诊断准确率、病原体检出数量高于常规检测,检测时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高通量检测对近期感染者和中长期感染者中CD_(4)^(+)T细胞计数、抗体酶联免疫反应S/CO值>20比例和免疫印迹实验出现p31条带比例高于常规检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高通量检验近期感染者CD_(4)^(+)T细胞计数高于中长期感染者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高通量检测较常规检测对近期感染者检出率更高,可提高对感染者判定准确性,发现更多病原体。Objective:To compare the diagnostic effect of high-throughput tests and conventional tests on HIV co-infection with complicated infections.Methods:Seventy patients with HIV co-infection with complicated infections admitted from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as observation subjects,and both high-throughput tests and conventional tests were performed.The diagnostic accuracy,testing time,and number of pathogens detected by different testing methods were compared.The CD_(4)^(+)Tcell counts,the proportion of absorbance values>20 in antibody enzyme-linked immunoassay samples,and the proportion of p31 bands in immunoblot assays were analyzed among infected patients.Results:The diagnostic accuracy and the number of pathogens detected by the high-throughput assay were higher than those of the conventional assay,and the detection time was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The CD_(4)^(+)T-cell count,the proportion of antibody enzyme-linked immunoassay S/CO value>20 and the proportion of p31 bands in immunoblotting experiments were higher in recently infected and medium-and long-term infected patients by high-throughput assay than by conventional assay,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the CD_(4)^(+)T-cell count was higher in recently infected patients than in medium-and long-term infected patients by high-throughput test,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-throughput tests have a higher detection rate for recently infected patients than conventional tests,which can improve the accuracy of determining infected patients and detect more pathogens.
