摘　　要：分析标准化医嘱在医院医嘱管理中的应用效果。采用资料收集法、分析讨论法,收集整理现有医嘱信息,对其加以分类、规范化处理,探究标准化医嘱在医院的实施与应用效果。将整理后的医嘱录入医嘱库中,构建一个标准化的医嘱词库,各条医嘱,均经过规范化、标准化处理,提高医嘱的管理质量。在医嘱管理中,对医嘱进行标准化管理,能够方便将患者临床信息转换为医院的卫生经济信息,强化医院收费与物价管理功能,从而提高医疗服务标准化水平和医疗管理效率,促进诊疗信息有效互联互通,并为医院医师绩效改革提供基础数据支持。To analyze the effect of standardized medical advice in hospital medical advice management.The data collection method and analysis and discussion method were used to collect and organize the existing medical advice information,classify and standardize it,and investigate the effect of implementing and applying standardized medical advice in hospitals.The organized medical prescriptions were entered into the medical prescription database,and a standardized medical advice thesaurus was constructed,and each medical advice was standardized to improve the quality of medical advice management.The standardized management of medical advice can facilitate the conversion of patient clinical information into hospital health and economic information,strengthen hospital charge and price management functions,thereby improving the standardization of medical services and medical management efficiency,promoting the effective interconnection of treatment information,and providing basic data support for hospital physician performance reform.
