摘  要:从人力资本的视角出发,编制出适用于大学生的就业准备测评工具。利用SPSS22.0和AMOS22.0软件进行项目分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。结果:量表包括4个维度20个题项,四个维度分别为专业准备、职业规划、认知准备和知识能力,累积方差贡献率为68.144%,验证性因素分析结果表明4因素的模型拟合度良好,量表的聚敛效度和区分效度均符合心理测量学要求,总量表的Cronbach’α系数为0.908,4个因素的Cronbach’α系数在0.833~0.899之间。结论:大学生就业准备评估量表具有良好的信效度,可作为高校和大学生对就业准备进行评估的工具。This paper works out an evaluation tool of employment readiness for college students.SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 software are used for project analysis,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Results:the scale included 4 dimensions and 20 items,and the four dimensions were professional preparation,career planning,cognitive preparation and knowledge ability,respectively.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 68.144%.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit of the four factors was good,and the convergence validity and discrimination validity of the scale met the requirements of psychometrics.The Cronbachαcoefficient of the total scale was0.908.The Cronbachαcoefficients of the four factors were between 0.833 and 0.899.Conclusion:the evaluation scale of college students’employment readiness has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool for universities and college students to evaluate their employment readiness.
