摘 要:以深圳地铁12号线二期全装配式车站沙浦站为工程背景,研究在沿海高水位淤泥质水文地质条件下,在内支撑体系下进行装配式车站结构拼装中换撑这一拼装关键步骤施工时支撑体系受力情况及围护结构的安全性。采用有限元模型模拟换撑与现场监测数据进行对比分析,论证换撑最优方案。为今后大规模高效率推广内支撑体系下的装配式地铁车站提供理论依据。Taking the Shapu station-a phase Ⅱ fully fabricated station of Shenzhen metro line 12as the engineering background, this paper studies the stress of the support system and the safety of the retaining structure during the construction of the key step of replacing the support in the assembly of the fabricated station structure under the internal support system under the coastal high-water level muddy hydrogeological conditions. At the same time, the finite element model is used to simulate the support replacement and the on-site monitoring data are compared and analyzed to demonstrate the optimal support replacement scheme. It provides a theoretical basis for the large-scale and efficient promotion of fabricated metro stations under the internal support retaining system in the future.
