摘 要:亚胺是重要的含氮活性中间体,在药物、生物和有机合成等领域应用广泛。以不同取代基的芳环和杂环苄胺为原料,在以12 W紫色LED灯为光源,蒽醌-2-羧酸为光催化剂,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,室温反应6 h的最佳条件下,合成了11个带有不同取代基的亚胺化合物(2a~2k),产率84%~93%,其结构经^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR和^(19)F NMR表征,并分析了反应可能的机理。Imines are important nitrogen-containing reactive intermediates and widely used in medicine and biosynthesis.At the same time,it also has potential application value in the field of organic synthesis.Using aromatic rings and heterocyclic benzylamines with different substituents as raw materials,11 imines(2a~2k)with different substituents were synthesized under the optimum conditions:12 W purple LED lamp as light source,anthraquinone-2-carboxylic acid as photocatalyst,ethyl acetate as solvent,room temperature and air for 6 hours.The yield of these imines reached 84%~93%.The structures of products were characterized by^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR and^(19)F NMR,and the possible mechanism of the reaction was analyzed.This method shows the characteristics of atomic economy,environmentally friendly,convenient operation,and high yield.
