舒敏之星导入重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探究玫瑰痤疮施行舒敏之星导入重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(BFGF)凝胶的疗效。方法 88例玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象,依据信封抽签法分为对照组和实验组,各44例。对照组采取常规治疗,实验组采取舒敏之星导入BFGF凝胶治疗。对比两组皮损情况、生活质量、不良反应发生情况、复发率及治疗效果。结果 实验组治疗后红斑、丘疹、脓包、毛细血管扩张、色素沉着、瘙痒及疼痛评分分别为(0.45±0.15)、(0.76±0.16)、(0.56±0.12)、(0.63±0.21)、(0.54±0.32)、(0.56±0.45)、(0.32±0.15)分,均低于对照组的(1.24±0.32)、(1.23±0.14)、(1.23±0.16)、(1.24±0.32)、(1.43±0.43)、(1.42±0.54)、(1.24±0.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组自我感知、情感功能、痤疮症状、社会功能评分分别为(25.63±3.42)、(24.32±4.32)、(25.43±4.32)、(23.45±3.65)分,均高于对照组的(21.32±3.42)、(20.34±3.21)、(22.34±3.22)、(19.33±2.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率4.55%低于对照组的22.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,实验组复发率4.55%低于对照组的27.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率95.45%高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 舒敏之星导入BFGF凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效显著,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shuminzhixing introduced recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(BFGF) gel in the treatment of acne rosacea. Methods A total of 88 patients with acne rosacea were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the envelope drawing method,with 44 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the experimental group was treated with Shuminzhixing introduced BFGF gel. The skin lesions, quality of life, occurrence of adverse reactions, recurrence rate and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of erythema, papules, pustules, capillary dilatation, hyperpigmentation, pruritus and pain in the experimental group were(0.45±0.15),(0.76±0.16),(0.56±0.12),(0.63±0.21),(0.54±0.32),(0.56±0.45)and(0.32±0.15) points, which were lower than(1.24±0.32),(1.23±0.14),(1.23±0.16),(1.24±0.32),(1.43±0.43),(1.42±0.54), and(1.24±0.32) points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of self-perception, emotional function, acne symptoms, and social function in the experimental group were(25.63±3.42),(24.32±4.32),(25.43±4.32), and(23.45±3.65) points, which were higher than(21.32±3.42),(20.34±3.21),(22.34±3.22), and(19.33±2.13) points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.55%, which was lower than 22.73% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the recurrence rate of 4.55% in the experimental group was lower than that of 27.27% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.45%, which was higher than 77.27% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
