摘  要:目的 通过3D打印技术建造肱骨髁上骨折的模型,研究其对本院正骨十四法治疗肱骨髁上骨折的作用。方法 选取4例各分型肱骨髁上骨折患儿进行3D模型打印。另选取40例肱骨髁上骨折患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。观察组由骨科医生先观察3D打印模型,再运用正骨十四法手法治疗,对照组由骨科医生直接运用正骨十四法手法治疗。比较两组美国特种外科医院(HSS)肘关节评分。结果 观察组HSS肘关节评分(95.15±3.03)分高于对照组的(87.25±3.14)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3D打印模型对提高正骨手法治疗肱骨髁上骨折疗效显著,利于正骨十四法的运用,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of fourteenth bone-setting method on supracondylar fractures of the humerus by constructing a model of supracondylar fracture of the humerus by 3D printing technology.Methods 4 patients with supracondylar fractures of the humerus of various subtypes were selected for 3D model printing. Another 40 patients with supracondylar fracture of the humerus were selected for the study and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 20 cases in each group. In the observation group, the orthopedic surgeon first observed the 3D printed model and then applied the fourteenth bone-setting method, while in the control group, the orthopedic surgeon directly applied the fourteenth bone-setting method. The Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS) elbow score was compared between the two groups. Results The HSS elbow score of the observation group was(95.15±3.03) points, which was higher than(87.25±3.14) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion 3D printing model can significantly improve the effect of bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of supracondylar fracture of the humerus, which is conducive to the application of the fourteenth bone-setting method, and is worthy of promotion and application.
