蒙脱石散联合金双歧片治疗小儿急性腹泻的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片(商品名:金双歧片)治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床疗效。方法 90例小儿急性腹泻患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患儿采用蒙脱石散进行治疗,观察组患儿采用蒙脱石散联合金双歧片进行治疗。对比两组临床疗效及症状消失时间。结果 观察组患儿退热时间(2.51±0.76)d、腹痛消失时间(2.31±0.51)d、腹泻消失时间(1.69±0.30)d以及大便恢复时间(1.41±0.86)d均短于对照组的(4.52±1.51)、(4.39±1.42)、(3.28±0.62)、(2.55±0.95)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急性腹泻患儿采用蒙脱石散联合金双岐片进行治疗,能够明显提高治疗效果,加快患儿康复进程,值得临床推广使用。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy montmorillonite powder combined with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets(trade name: Golden Bifid Tablets) in the treatment of acute diarrhea in children. Methods A total of 90 children with acute diarrhea were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. Children in the control group were treated with montmorillonite powder, and children in the observation group were treated with montmorillonite powder combined with Golden Bifid Tablets. The clinical efficacy and symptom disappearance time were compared between the two groups. Results The time of fever reduction(2.51±0.76) d, abdominal pain disappearance time(2.31±0.51) d, diarrhea disappearance time(1.69±0.30) d and stool recovery time(1.41±0.86) d in the observation group were all shorter than(4.52±1.51),(4.39±1.42),(3.28±0.62) and(2.55±0.95) d in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.56%(43/45), which was higher than 77.78%(35/45) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For children with acute diarrhea, montmorillonite powder combined with Golden Bifid Tablets can improve the therapeutic effect and speed up the recovery process of children, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
