五藤五草汤加减治疗热痹的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探析五藤五草汤加减治疗热痹的临床疗效。方法 选取100例热痹患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组给予五藤五草汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后功能障碍、疼痛程度。结果 研究组治疗总有效率98.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率2.00%低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、功能障碍调查表(RMDQ)评分均明显低于治疗前,且研究组VAS评分为(0.96±0.55)分、RMDQ评分为(2.64±1.09)分,低于对照组的(2.63±1.16)、(7.46±2.16)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 五藤五草汤加减治疗热痹的临床效果显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Wuteng Wucao Decoction in the treatment of heat arthralgia. Methods A total of 100 patients with heat arthralgia were studied, and the patients were divided into a control group and a research group according to the random numerical table, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, and the research group was treated with modified Wuteng Wucao Decoction. The therapeutic effect, occurrence of adverse reactions, and dysfunction and pain degree before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 98.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 2.00%, which was lower than 30.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score and Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire(RMDQ) score in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment in this group;the VAS score(0.96±0.55) points and RMDQ score(2.64±1.09) points in the research group were lower than(2.63±1.16)and(7.46±2.16) points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Wuteng Wucao Decoction has significant clinical effect and high safety in the treatment of heat arthralgia, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
