治疗慢性肾炎患者应用贝那普利联合百令胶囊的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 分析慢性肾炎患者应用贝那普利联合百令胶囊的临床疗效。方法 本次试验对我院的100例慢性肾炎患者进行了观察,患者入院时间为2019年2月至2020年10月。本次应用计算机随机标号将患者分为两组,一组使用贝那普利进行治疗(参照组),另一组加用百令胶囊治疗(研究组)。对比两组患者的临床疗效、肾功能指标及不良反应。结果 研究组中有47例患者达治疗有效效果,总有效率为94%,其数据和参照组数据有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前肾功能指标数据差异不显著(P>0.05)。但研究组患者治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量为(1.15±0.22)g,内生肌酐清除率为(17.42±1.29)m L/min,肾小球滤过率为(38.76±2.07)m L/min,各项数据较之参照组差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后不良反应发生率较参照组无显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 慢性肾炎患者应用贝那普利联合百令胶囊治疗可以达到比较理想的治疗效果,改善患者肾功能,且不易出现严重不良反应,安全可靠,值得使用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of benazepril combined with Bailing capsule in patients with chronic nephritis. Methods This study examined 100 patients with chronic nephritis in our hospital. The patients were admitted from February 2019 to October 2020. The patients were divided into two groups, one group was treated with benazepril(reference group) and the other was treated with bailing capsules(study group).The clinical efficacy, renal function indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared. Results In the study group, 47patients achieved effective treatment outcomes, with an overall effective response rate of 94%, and there was a significant difference between the data and the reference group data(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the data of renal function indicators before the intervention in the two groups of patients(P>0.05). But the urinary protein quantitation was(1.15±0.22) g at 24-hour after treatment, the endogenous creatinine clearance rate was(17.42±1.29) mL/min, and the glomerular filtration rate was(38.76±2.07) mL/min, the data were significantly different from the reference group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the study group was not significantly different from the reference group(P>0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with chronic nephritis with benazepril combined with Bailing Capsule can achieve better therapeutic effect, improve renal function of patients, and is not easy to have serious adverse reactions. It is safe and reliable and worthy of use.
