地奥司明联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗混合痔术后水肿效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨地奥司明、马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合用于混合痔术后水肿患者中的实际价值。方法 对照组使用马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗,研究组使用地奥司明、马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合治疗。结果 研究组临床治疗总有效率(97.56%)高于对照组(70.73%),数据对比P<0.05;研究组治疗后水肿积分、VAS评分下降效果优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组出院时Wexner肛门失禁评分表得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组随访3个月Wexner评分得分对比P>0.05,无统计学意义。治疗后两组PSQI量表评分较治疗前下降幅度、WHOQOL-100量表评分较治疗前明显提高,且研究组治疗后上述指标改善效果较对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论联合应用马应龙麝香痔疮膏、地奥司明治疗混合痔术后水肿效果显著。Objective To explore the value of diosmin and Mayinglong shexiang hemorrhoids cream combined for postoperative mixed hemorrhoids. Methods The control group was treated with mayinglong shexiang hemorrhoids cream, and the research group was treated with Diosmin and mayinglong shexiang hemorrhoids cream. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group(97.56%) was higher than that in the control group(70.73%), P<0.05. After the treatment, the effect of edema score and VAS score reduction in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The Wexner anal incontinence score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group at discharge(P<0.05), the Wexner score of the two groups at 3 months was not statistically significant compared with P>0.05. After treatment, the PSQI scale scores in the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment, and the WHOQOL-100 scale scores were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the improvement effect of the above indicators after treatment in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Diosmin combined with Mayinglong shexiang hemorrhoids cream is effective in treating postoperative edema of mixed hemorrhoids.
