人文关怀护理在子宫内膜癌患者护理中的价值

摘　　要：目的 研究对子宫内膜癌患者予以人文关怀护理的效果。方法 对2017年2月至2020年2月我院的128例子宫内膜癌患者进行研究。计算机随机分为各64例的对照组(给予常规护理)与研究组(给予人文关怀护理)。对比两组的护理效果。结果 研究组干预后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对本次护理工作的满意度比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 子宫内膜癌患者经人文关怀护理干预后心理问题明显得到解决,负性情绪得已消除,生活质量改善明显,同时患者对护理服务更加肯定,护患关系更加和谐。Objective To study the effect of humanistic care for patients with endometrial cancer. Methods A study was conducted on 128 patients with endometrial cancer in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020. The computer was randomly divided into 64 cases in each of the control group(routine care) and the study group(humanistic care). Compare the effects of care. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality of life score of the study group after intervention was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The study group’s satisfaction with this nursing work was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological problems of endometrial cancer patients are resolved after the intervention of humanistic care, negative emotions are eliminated, and the quality of life has improved significantly. At the same time, patients are more affirmative of nursing services, and the nursepatient relationship is more harmonious.
