观察分析早期康复护理对胸腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗患者依从性及疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的 浅析行胸腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗患者采取早期康复护理的疗效及对依从性的影响。方法 本次研究对象为本院收治的90例胸腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗患者,经电脑随机将其分为两组,观察组(n=45)与对照组(n=45)分别采取早期康复护理和常规护理,对比两组护理效果。结果 干预前,两组间腰背肌功能及治疗依从性评分对比,无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组比对照组腰背肌功能及治疗依从性评分更高(P<0.05);观察组(95.56%)比对照组(80.00%)治愈率更高(P<0.05);观察组比对照组并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论 行胸腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗患者采取早期康复护理,可改善患者胸腰椎症状,提升患者治疗依从性,保证患者生活质量,加快愈合恢复速度。Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing and its influence on compliance in patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture treated conservatively. Methods The study object for in our hospital treated 90 cases of thoracolumbar compression fractures patients with conservative treatment, by the computer random divided into two groups of each 45 cases observation group and control group respectively take early rehabilitation care and routine nursing care and compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in lumbar and back muscle function and treatment compliance scores between groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of lumbar and back muscle function and treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The cure rate of the observation group(95.56%) was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Early rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing conservative treatment of thoracolumbar compression fracture can improve the symptoms of thoracolumbar vertebrae, improve the treatment compliance, ensure the quality of life of patients, and speed up the healing recovery.
