姑息护理在晚期宫颈癌患者中的价值及对HAMD评分的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析姑息护理干预应用于晚期宫颈癌患者中的效果及对HAMD评分的影响。方法 择取本院收治的晚期宫颈癌患者96例进行研究、分析,纳入患者时间为2015年6月至2019年6月。遵循随机分组原则将其分为参照组、研究组,给予参照组晚期宫颈癌患者常规护理干预,研究组患者则同时施行姑息护理干预。对比两组患者护理干预后的护理效果、情绪状态、舒适度、生活质量及满意度。结果 研究组患者HAMA、HAMD评分显著低于参照组,舒适度评分显著高于参照组,生活质量(躯体功能、躯体角色、机体疼痛、总健康状况、活力、情绪角色、社会功能、心理卫生)评分高于参照组,护理效果各指标(精神面貌、心态、死亡恐惧感、求生信念)评分显著高于参照组,护理总满意率显著高于参照组,差异均有显著性(均P<0.05)。结论 对晚期宫颈癌患者采取姑息护理能有效改善其情绪状态、舒适度、护理效果及满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of palliative nursing intervention in patients with advanced cervical cancer and their effects on HAHD scores. Methods Ninety-six cases of advanced cervical cancer in our hospital were selected for study and analysis, and included from June 2015 to June 2019. According to the principle of random grouping, they were divided into reference group and research group. The patients in the reference group were given routine nursing intervention, while the patients in the research group were given palliative nursing intervention at the same time.The nursing effect, emotional state, comfort, quality of life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Team HAMA and HAMD scores significantly lower than that of control group, patients comfort score significantly higher than that of control group, the quality of life(physical function, physical character, body pain, general health, vitality, emotional role, social function, mental health) score higher than the control group, the indexes of nursing effect(mental outlook, attitude, fear of death and survival faith) score was significantly higher than that of control group, nursing total satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of control group, (P<0.05). Conclusion Palliative care can effectively improve the emotional state, comfort, nursing effect and satisfaction of patients with advanced cervical cancer.
