电温针八髎穴联合磁刺激治疗脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨电温针八髎穴联合磁刺激治疗脊髓损伤(SCI)神经源性膀胱患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年1月郴州市第一人民医院收治的60例SCI神经源性膀胱患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将其分为电针组、磁刺激组和联合组,各20例。三组均给予常规治疗,电针组给予电温针八髎穴治疗,磁刺激组给予磁刺激治疗,联合组给予电温针八髎穴联合磁刺激治疗。比较三组治疗后排尿情况及尿动力学指标、生活质量。结果:治疗后,联合组每日排尿次数少于电针组和磁刺激组,单次尿量和最大排尿量均多于电针组和磁刺激组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组膀胱初感觉压力、最大膀胱容量均多于电针组和磁刺激组,残余尿量少于电针组和磁刺激组,生活质量评分低于电针组和磁刺激组(P<0.05)。结论:电温针八髎穴联合磁刺激能够改善SCI神经源性膀胱患者的排尿功能,提高其生活质量,临床价值高。Objective: To explore the effect of electric warm needle at Baliao acupoint combined with magnetic stimulation in the treatment of patients with spinal cord injury(SCI) neurogenic bladder. Method: A total of 60 patients with SCI neurogenic bladder admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Chenzhou from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as research objects. According to the method of random number table, they were divided into electroacupuncture group, magnetic stimulation group and combined group,20 cases in each group. The three groups were given routine treatment. The electroacupuncture group was given electric warm needle at Baliao acupoint treatment, the magnetic stimulation group was given magnetic stimulation treatment, and the combined group was given electric warm needle at Baliao acupoint combined with magnetic stimulation treatment. Urination condition, urodynamic indexes and quality of life were compared among the three groups after treatment. Result: After treatment, the daily urination frequency of combined group was less than that of electroacupuncture group and magnetic stimulation group, and the single time urine volume and maximum urine volume were more than those of electroacupuncture group and magnetic stimulation group(P<0.05). After treatment, the initial sensation stress of bladder and maximum bladder volume of the combined group were more than those of the electroacupuncture group and the magnetic stimulation group, the residual urine volume was less than that of the electroacupuncture group and the magnetic stimulation group, and the quality of life score was lower than that of the electroacupuncture group and the magnetic stimulation group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Electric warm needle at Baliao acupoint combined with magnetic stimulation can improve the urination function of patients with SCI neurogenic bladder and improve their quality of life, with high clinical value.
