摘　　要：目的:探讨吲哚布芬预防自体动静脉内瘘再狭窄的临床价值。方法:选择2019年1月-2021年1月如东县人民医院收治的82例常规手术后不同方法治疗的自体动静脉内瘘患者为研究对象。按照随机数表将其分为试验组(n=41,吲哚布芬治疗)和对照组(n=41,常规治疗)。比较两组术后1、3个月内瘘血流量,治疗2个月后动静脉内瘘瘘口直径、血栓形成情况,再狭窄发生情况。结果:两组术后1个月内瘘血流量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组术后3个月内瘘血流量高于对照组(P<0.05);两组动静脉内瘘瘘口直径、血栓形成对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组再狭窄发生率为7.32%,低于对照组的29.27%(P<0.05)。结论:吲哚布芬预防自体动静脉内瘘再狭窄具有一定的价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of Indobufen in preventing restenosis of autogenous arteriovenous fistula.Method:From January 2019 to January 2021,82 patients with autologous arteriovenous fistula who treated by different methods after routine surgery in Rudong County People’s Hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table,they were divided into the test group(n=41,Indobufen treatment)and the control group(n=41,conventional therapy).The fistula blood flow at 1 and 3 months after operation,the fistula diameter and thrombosis of arteriovenous fistula after 2 months of treatment and restenosis were compared between two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in fistula blood flow between the two groups at 1 month after operation(P>0.05);the fistula blood flow in the test group at 3 months after operation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the diameter of arteriovenous fistula and thrombosis between two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of restenosis in the test group was 7.32%,which was lower than 29.27%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Indobufen has certain value in preventing restenosis of autogenous arteriovenous fistula.
