紫草油纱用于肛肠科肛周脓肿患者对术后创面愈合及肛门功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究紫草油纱用于肛肠科肛周脓肿患者对术后创面愈合及肛门功能指标的影响。方法:将2019年11月-2021年12月攀枝花市中西医结合医院诊治的80例肛周脓肿手术患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用凡士林纱条治疗,观察组则采用紫草油纱条治疗。比较两组创面治疗效果、创面愈合时间,比较治疗前后的疼痛、水肿及肉芽组织生长评分、肛门功能指标(肛管静息压、肛管最大收缩压及直肠最大耐受阈值)。结果:观察组创面治疗总有效率高于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前疼痛、水肿及肉芽组织生长评分、肛门功能指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗1、2周疼痛、水肿及肉芽组织生长评分均低于对照组,治疗后的肛门功能指标均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫草油纱有助于促进肛周脓肿患者术后的创面愈合及改善肛门功能状态,在肛周脓肿手术患者中的应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate the influence of Arnebia Oil gauze for postoperative wound healing and anal function indexes of patients with perianal abscess in Department of Anorectal Surgery.Method:A total of 80 patients with perianal abscess surgery in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Panzhihua City from November 2019 to December 2021 were divided into the control group and the observation group by the table of random number,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Vaseline gauze,the observation group was treated with Arnebia Oil gauze.Then the wound treatment effect,wound healing time,scores of pain,edema and granulation tissue growth,anal function indexes(anal resting pressure,maximum anal systolic pressure and maximum rectal tolerance threshold)before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The wound treatment’s total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the wound healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of pain,edema and granulation tissue growth,anal function indexes of two groups before treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the scores of pain,edema and granulation tissue growth of the observation group at 1 and 2 week after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the anal function indexes after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arnebia Oil gauze can effectively promote the postoperative wound healing and improve the anal function indexes of patients with perianal abscess in Department of Anorectal Surgery,so its application in patients with perianal abscess surgery is higher.
