针灸联合跌打七厘片治疗腰椎间盘突出症的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析针灸联合跌打七厘片治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的价值。方法:选择厦门市海沧医院2020年2月-2021年12月收治的160例LDH患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各80例。其中对照组采用西医治疗,研究组采用针灸联合跌打七厘片治疗。对比两组的总有效率、炎症因子指标、疼痛评分、中医症候积分、骨代谢水平及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组炎症因子水平较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组疼痛评分和中医症候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组疼痛评分和中医症候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组骨代谢水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的骨代谢指标高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合跌打七厘片治疗LDH效果较好,能够缓解患腰腿疼痛和促进组织功能恢复,且药性毒副作用小,值得医学临床推广和使用。Objective:To explore and analyze the value of acupuncture combined with Dieda Qili Tablets in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LDH).Method:A total of 160 LDH patients who were admitted to the Xiamen Haicang Hospital from February 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with acupuncture combined with Dieda Qili Tablets.The total effective rate,inflammatory factor indexes,pain score traditional chinese medicine symptom score,bone metabolism level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in pain score and TCM syndrome score before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain scores and TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no differences between the two groups of bone metabolism levels before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of bone metabolism in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Dieda Qili Tablets has good effect in the tre
