摘　　要：目的:观察鼻中隔矫正联合下鼻甲外移扩容手术的效果。方法:回顾性分析江苏省中西医结合医院2016年3月-2022年3月收治的75例鼻中隔偏曲手术患者资料,根据治疗方式分为两组,观察组42例,行鼻中隔矫正联合下鼻甲外移扩容手术;对照组33例,单纯行鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术。比较两组疗效。结果:术后6个月随访,观察组显效34例,有效8例,总有效率为100%,对照组显效16例,有效13例,总有效率为87.9%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后鼻部主观症状感受的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻中隔矫正联合下鼻甲外移扩容手术对改善患者鼻塞为主的症状具有较好的效果,值得推广。Objective:To observe the improvement effect after the nasal septum correction with simultaneouse external removal of inferior turbinate and capacity expansion.Method:The data of 75 patients with operation for nasal septum deviation from March 2016 to March 2022 in Jiangsu Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital was studied retrospectively.The patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,including observation group of 42 cases who underwent the combination therapy of the nasal septum correction with simultaneouse external removal of inferior turbinate and capacity expansion,the control group of 33 cases who only used the therapy of correction of deviated nasal septum under nasal endoscope.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Result:At 6 months of followed up in the observation group,34 patients were cured,8 patients were effective,the total improvement rate was 100%.And in the control group,16 patients were cured,13 patients were effective,the total effective rate was 87.9%,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance difference(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of subjective nasal symptoms after surgery of the observation group after surgery was lower significantly than the control group,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of the nasal septum correction with simultaneouse external removal of inferior turbinate and capacity expansion has a good effect to improve the symptoms dominated by nasal congestion.This surgical method is worth popularizing.
