摘 要:为了转变国内中小规模肉羊养殖企业(场)生产方式,向广大肉羊养殖户推介基于循环经济的“草-羊-蚓-鱼-禽-菌”新型生态循环种养模式及关键技术。结果表明:种植牧草与饲用甜高粱等养羊,利用羊粪养殖蚯蚓,应用层叠式新型生态堆肥腐熟羊粪,运用羊粪与蚯蚓粪木盒法进行平菇栽培等技术,在实现羊粪资源循环利用的同时,可有效促进农业转型升级,实现农民增产增收,提高养殖生态综合效益。“草-羊-蚓-鱼-禽-菌”新型生态循环种养模式及上述关键技术具有科学性、可行性和推广性,对指导和解决当前及今后国内中小规模肉羊健康养殖相关技术问题,降低养殖成本与养殖风险具有重要的示范与指导意义。In order to change the production mode of small and medium-sized domestic mutton goat breeding enterprises(farms),the new ecological cycle breeding mode and key technologies of“gras-goatvermicular-fish-poultry-edible fungus”based on circular economy were recommended to the majority of goat breeding farmers.The results showed that it can realize the recycling of goat manure resources,increase farmers’production and income,and improve the comprehensive benefits of breeding ecology by planting grass and forage sorghum to feed goats,using goat dung to breed earthworms,decomposing goat manure by a new ecological compost,and cultivating edible fungi with goat manure and earthworm manure using wood box method.Facts have proved that the“grass-goat-vermicular-fish-poultry-edible fungus”ecological cycle planting and breeding model and the key technologies are scientific,feasible and promotable.It has great demonstrative and guiding significance to reduce breeding cost and breeding risk,and is worthy of promotion and application.
