切丝宽度对细支卷烟质量影响分析

摘　　要：为了解0.7、0.8、0.9、1.0 mm不同切丝宽度对细支卷烟质量的影响,从叶丝质量、卷制质量、梗签含量、燃烧质量、感官质量5个方面进行了分析,结果表明:(1)随着细支烟切丝宽度的增加,叶丝整丝率上升,碎丝率下降,填充值先升后降,烟丝转化率上升,抗造碎性增强,大于4 mm长丝率增加,小于1 mm短碎丝率下降,卷烟含末率和端部落丝量下降,烟支密度分布均匀性略有下降,卷烟梗签含量增加,卷烟轻松感略有提升,烟气指标无明显变化。(2)细支烟切丝宽度较低时对单支质量标偏、烟丝结构、烟支密度分布均匀性、梗签含量、卷烟燃烧锥落头倾向率等指标具有正向作用,对烟丝抗造碎性、卷烟含末率、端部落丝量、轻松感等指标具有负面作用。因此,在兼顾感官质量与理化指标的平衡条件下,细支烟切丝宽度设计宜为0.9 mm。In order to grasp the influence of different cut widths of 0.7 mm,0.8 mm,0.9 mm,1.0 mm on the quality of thin cigarettes,this paper has been carried out from five aspects:leaf quality,rolling quality,stem content,burning quality,and sensory quality.The results show that:(1)with the increase of the cutting width of fine tobacco,the shredded rate of leaf shreds increases,the shredding rate decreases,the filling value first rises and then decreases,the conversion rate of shredded tobacco rises,the shredder resistance is enhanced,the rate of long shreds of>4 mm increases,the rate of short shreds of<1 mm decreases,the percentage of cigarettes and the amount of end-trimmed shreds decrease,the uniformity of cigarette density distribution decreases slightly,the content of cigarette stems increases,the ease of cigarettes is slightly improved,and the smoke index has no significant changes.(2)The low cut width of fine tobacco has a positive effect on the deviation of single cigarette quality standard,the structure of tobacco,the uniformity of tobacco density distribution,the content of stalks,the tendency of cigarette burning cones to fall,etc.It also has a negative effect on indicators such as resistance to shattering,cigarette end content,amount of end-of-life shreds,and ease of cigarette.Therefore,under the condition of balancing the sensory quality and physical and chemical indicators,the design of the fine tobacco cut width should be 0.9 mm.
