摘 要:为安全快速环保的对旧墙瓷砖饰面进行翻新,采用掺入PTB乳液的界面剂,测试了其黏结、抗冻融、防水、压折比以及抗风振性能,并结合ESEM微观试验进行机理分析.结果表明:在PTB乳液与水体积之比(P/W)为1∶1时,7 d、14 d黏结强度分别为0.85 MPa、0.88 MPa;冻融循环后的黏结强度为0.56 MPa;28 d风振后黏结强度为0.92 MPa;压折比为4.84;吸水率仅为0.85%.界面剂呈现致密的互穿网状结构,使其具有更高的黏结强度(包括风振和冻融后),同时产生的大量不连通的微孔结构能够增加砂浆的抗冻融性能及防水性能.In order to renovate the old wall tile veneer safely,quickly and environmentally friendly,the interfacial agent mixed with PTB lotion was used to test its bond strength,freeze-thaw resistance,water resistance,compression ratio and wind vibration resistance,and the mechanism was analyzed in combination with ESEM micro test.The results show that when the volume ratio of PTB lotion to water(P/W)is 1:1,the bond strength at 7 d and 14 d is 0.85 MPa and 0.88 MPa respectively;the bond strength after freeze-thaw cycle is 0.56 MPa;the bond strength after 28 d wind vibration is 0.92 MPa;the compression folding ratio is 4.84;the water absorption is only 0.85%.The interface agent presents a dense interpenetrating network structure,resulting in higher bond strength(including after wind vibration and freeze-thaw).At the same time,many disconnected microporous structures can increase the freeze-thaw resistance and waterproof performance of the mortar.
