摘　　要：目的探讨自我管理支持策略在射血分数降低心力衰竭护理中的应用效果。方法选取石家庄市中医院2020年1月至2021年12月收治的120例射血分数降低心力衰竭患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用自我管理支持策略。两组均干预1个月,观察两组病情控制情况、自我管理能力。结果观察组再住院率低于对照组,平均住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组自我管理评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组健康调查量表评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对射血分数降低心力衰竭患者开展自我管理支持策略,能够有效改善患者病情,提升患者自我管理能力,改善患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of self-management support strategy in the nursing of heart failure with ejection fraction reduction.Methods A total of 120 patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction admitted to Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received self-management support strategy based on the control group.Both groups were treated for one month,and the condition control and self-management ability of the two groups were observed.Results The readmission rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the average length of hospitalization was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-management scores of both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of health survey scale in both groups were higher than that before nursing,and those of the observation group was higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-management support strategy for heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction can effectively improve the condition of patients,improve their self-management ability,and improve their quality of life.
