摘　　要：家属重症监护病房后综合征(PICS-F)的发生会对患者和家属的健康带来短期和长期的不良影响,严重危害其身心健康。不仅会导致患者住院时间延长、费用增加、并发症增多及疾病恶化从而影响其预后,还会导致家属生活质量下降、日常功能受限等。本文回顾了PubMed、中国知网和万方数据库中有关PICS-F方面的研究,从PICS-F的概念、表现、评估工具、干预措施进行综述,旨在提高公众,尤其是临床医护人员对该病的关注,为临床改善家庭护理质量提供参考和借鉴意义。The occurrence of post intensive care syndrome-family(PICS-F)will bring short and long adverse effects on the health of patients and family members,and seriously harm the physical and mental health of them.It will not only lead to prolonged hospital stay,increased costs,increased complications,and worsening of the disease,which will affect the prognosis of the patient,but also lead to decreased quality of life of the family members and limited daily function.This paper reviews PubMed,CNKI,and Wanfang Data on PICS-F,summarizes the concept,manifestation,evaluation tools,and intervention measures of PICS-F,aiming to raise the public,especially the clinical staff’s attention to this disease,and provide reference for clinical improvement of the quality of family care.
