摘　　要：当前创新型人才培养模式的目标要求下,高校人才培养要将育人和育才相统一,不仅培养学生创新创业思维,还要充分利用课程的育人功能,发挥课堂教学主渠道作用,坚持传承和创新相结合。因此,药剂学实验课程应用新型教学方式,改进评价和考核手段,基于新疆医科大学已有的“新疆药物制剂工程技术中心”和“省部级重点实验室”平台,深度挖掘实验课程思政元素,增设现代药剂学实验内容和良好药品生产质量管理规范(GMP)实训课,将实验教学的地点从实验室搬到GMP中试车间,将实验仪器从手工器具改成与现代制剂生产设备性能一致的中试设备进行,实验教学操作过程按照制剂GMP生产要求进行设计,完成批生产记录,完善考核方式。实践证明,改革后的实验教学提高了学生自主学习能力和对本专业的兴趣,促进提升学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,构建了真正与医药工业生产相适应的实验课教学,此次实验教学改革探索在进一步强化学生实践操作能力和创新思维,培养学生爱国情怀、人文素养、创新精神和社会责任感方面发挥了重要作用,教学质量得到明显提升。Under the current goal and requirement of innovative talents training mode,talents training in colleges and universities should unify both morality and expertise education,not only cultivate students'innovative and entrepreneurial thinking,but also make full use of the educational function of the course,give full play to the role of the main channel of classroom teaching,adhere to the combination of inheritance and innovation,new teaching methods were applied to pharmaceutical experiment courses,evaluation and assessment methods were improved,and making use of the existing platforms of"Xinjiang Pharmaceutical Preparation Engineering Technology Center"and"Provincial and Ministerial Key Laboratories"in Xinjiang Medical University,ideological and political elements of the experimental course were dug,meanwhile,modern pharmacy experimental contents and good manufacture practice(GMP)practical training courses were added,moving the experimental teaching place from the laboratory to the GMP pilot workshop,changing the experimental instruments from manual instruments to pilot equipment with the same performance as modern preparation production equipment,designing the experimental teaching operation process according to the GMP production requirements of preparations,completing batch production records and improving the assessment methods.Practice has proved that the reform can improve students'autonomous learning ability,cultivate students'professional interest and ability to analyze and solve problems,establish an experimental teaching that is truly suitable for the production of pharmaceutical industry.The experimental teaching reform and exploration has played an important role in further strengthening students'practical operation ability and innovative thinking,cultivating students'patriotism,humanistic quality,innovative spirit and sense of social responsibility,and the teaching quality has been significantly improved.
