山魈结肠小袋纤毛虫病的诊治

摘　　要：2021年6-8月,南京某动物园5只山魈(1只成年公山魈,3只成年母山魈与1只幼年公山魈)感染结肠小袋纤毛虫病。患病动物主要表现为长期腹泻、挑食、消瘦、精神沉郁等。在使用抗生素及止泻药物治疗,效果不佳的情况下,通过进一步的实验室诊断,确诊为结肠小袋纤毛虫感染。经过笔者精心治疗与护理,现已全部康复。From June to August 2021 in a zoo in Nanjing,five mandrills(one adult male mandrill,three adult female mandrills and one young male mandrill)were infected with colonic pouch ciliate disease,and there were different degrees of infection among individuals.The main manifestations of sick animals are:long-term diarrhea,picky eating,weight loss,depression and so on.When antibiotics and antidiarrheal drugs were used and the effect was poor,it was diagnosed as colonic pouch ciliate infection through further laboratory diagnosis.After the author's careful treatment and nursing,they have all recovered.
