摘 要:为了提高微电网运行的经济性,提出了一种基于ICA和NSGA-Ⅱ组合算法的微电网优化调度方法。首先对含有多种分布式电源的微电网结构进行分析;然后通过ICA算法筛选对微电网运行经济性影响较大的因素,并建立相关目标函数和约束条件;接着结合改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法建立优化调度模型;最后利用该组合算法对含多种分布式电源的微电网进行优化调度仿真分析。其结果表明:基于ICA和NSGA-Ⅱ组合算法的后期搜索能力强,且收敛速度快。通过该算法得到微电网经济运行成本值仅为1 120.2元/天,比PSO算法和FPA算法分别少了150.5元/天和733元/天,并且其收敛速度比PSO算法快28%。此外,通过组合算法得到的微电网优化调度能够有效调节系统内分布式电源输出功率,使得系统功率分配更合理。当电网售电价高和负荷大时,充分利用分布式电源发电以降低购电成本,起到削峰填谷的效果,使系统运行的经济性达到最佳。In order to improve the economical operation of microgrid,an optimal scheduling of microgrid based on ICA and NSGA-Ⅱ compound algorithm was proposed.Firstly,the microgrid structure with multiple distributed energy sources was analyzed.The factors that have a great impact on the economical operation of microgrid were selected by ICA algorithm.And the relevant objective functions and constrained conditions were established.The optimal scheduling model was established by combining the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm.The optimal scheduling of microgrid with multiple distributed generators is simulated and analyzed by using the compound algorithm.It can be obtained that the compound algorithm based on ICA and NSGA-Ⅱ has strong late search ability and high convergence efficiency.The obtained operation cost of microgrid is only 1120.2 yuan per day,which is 150.5 yuan and 733 yuan less than PSO algorithm and FPA algorithm,respectively.And its convergence speed is 28% faster than PSO algorithm.In addition,the output power of distributed generation in microgrid is effectively adjusted through compound algorithm.When the selling price of power grid is higher and the load is larger,the output of distributed generation is fully utilized.The cost of purchasing electricity has been reduced.And it has the effect of cutting peak and filling valley,and the economical operation of system is the best.
