摘  要:针对干式变压器在运维中存在的智能化程度较低、运维不便的现状,计及多种因素提出了智能干式变压器的构建策略,根据应用需求的异同设计了基础型、强化型和全感增强型三种差异化智能化方案。为支撑干式变压器的智能化功能,研究了智能干式变压器在线监测数据预处理方法、故障预警、高温异常处理及变压器寿命预测等核心算法,并提出了具体的实现方法。最后结合物联感知终端在10 kV干式变压器上进行了功能验证,结果表明可实现设备状态感知、健康评估及能效管理,能够支撑设备的智能运维,具有较大的应用意义及推广前景。In view of the current situation of low intelligence and inconvenient operation and maintenance of drytype transformer in operation and maintenance,considering many factors,the construction strategy of intelligent dry-type transformer is proposed.According to the similarities and differences of application requirements,three differentiated intelligent schemes of basic type,enhanced type and full sense enhanced type are designed.In order to support the intelligent function of dry-type transformer,the core algorithms such as on-line monitoring data preprocessing method,fault early warning,high-temperature anomaly processing and transformer life prediction of intelligent dry-type transformer are studied,and the specific implementation method is put forward.Finally,combined with the IOT sensing terminal,the function is verified on the 10 kV dry-type transformer.The results show that it can realize equipment state sensing,health assessment and energy efficiency management,support the intelligent operation and maintenance of equipment,and has great application significance and promotion prospect.
