摘 要:通过在3 250 mm宽板坯铸机上对Q355D低合金钢进行不同电磁搅拌模式和参数的生产试验,分析铸坯横剖和纵剖的低倍质量,探究二冷区辊式电磁搅拌对铸坯内部质量的影响规律。结果表明:使用二冷区电磁搅拌后铸坯的中心偏析和中间裂纹得到明显改善;相同电磁搅拌模式下,电流越大,中心偏析越严重;双循环模式的低倍质量要优于大推力模式;双循环模式4(320 A/8 Hz)/8(380 A/8 Hz)的电磁搅拌时铸坯质量最优,铸坯中间裂纹得到消除,中心偏析达到C0.5级,等轴晶率提高至20.1%。Through the production tests of different electromagnetic stirring modes and parameters, the micro quality of transverse and longitudinal section of wide slab is analyzed on micro alloy steel Q355D of 3 250 mm wide slab caster.The influence law of roller electromagnetic stirring in secondary cooling zone on the internal quality of slab was explored.The results show that the center segregation and intermidiate crack of the slab are obviously improved after electromagnetic stirring in the secondary cooling zone, under the same electromagnetic stirring mode, the greater the current, the more serious the central segregation, the low power mass of double cycle mode is better than that of high thrust mode, the slab quality is the best when the electromagnetic stirring of double cycle mode 4(320 A/8 Hz)/8(380 A/8 Hz), intermediate cracks are eliminated, the center segregation reaches C0.5, the equiaxed grain rate is increased to 20.1%.
