摘  要:针对安钢冷轧板DC04冲压汽车门内板时产生开裂,进行了断口扫描电镜分析,并与某钢厂产品进行了化学成分、金相组织、力学性能及表面状态对比分析。分析表明,安钢产品断口为脆性沿晶开裂,是典型的解理断裂,而两家材料的化学成分、金相组织、力学性能及表面粗糙度相差无几,但由于安钢产品的表面涂油量少、激光毛化未形成致密微小凹坑,储存润滑油少,导致冲压过程开裂。在生产工艺不变情况下,将冷轧板DC04涂油量提高至1 200 mg/m^(2),平整辊采用电火花毛化改善润滑条件,产品冲压全部合格。In view of the cracking of cold-rolled plate DC04 of Anyang Steel, when stamping the inner door panel of automobile, the fracture surface was analyzed by scanning electron microscope, and the chemical composition, metallographic structure, mechanical properties and surface state were compared with the products of a steel factory. The analysis shows that the fracture surface of products of Anyang Steel is brittle intergranular cracking, which is a typical cleavage fracture, while the chemical composition, metallographic structure, mechanical properties and surface roughness of the two materials are almost the same. However, due to the small amount of oil coating on the products surface of Anyang Steel, the laser texturing does not form compact small pits, and the storage of lubricating oil is small, which leads to cracking in the stamping process.Under the same production process, the oil coating amount of cold rolled plate DC04 is increased to 1 200 mg/m2, and the lubrication condition of leveling roll is improved by electric spark texturing, all products are qualified in stamping.
