摘　　要：目前安钢各加热炉使用的混合煤气由1#煤气加压混合站三根混合煤气管道配送,各加热炉生产工艺和节奏不同,对混合煤气热值需求不同,当前母管制供气不能满足轧钢多元化生产对煤气热值的要求。因此,从煤气配比方式入手,探讨了各加热炉单供单质煤气、自主调配、精准控制煤气用量和热值的运行模式。At present, the mixed gas used by each heating furnace in Angang is distributed by three mixed gas pipelines of the 1# gas pressurized mixing station. Each heating furnace has different production processes and rhythms, and has different demand for the heating value of mixed gas. The current parent control gas supply cannot meet the requirements for the heating value of gas in the diversified production of steel rolling. The operation mode of single supply of elemental gas,independent alloc ation and precise control of gas consumption and heating value in each heating furnace is discussed.
