摘  要:使用Solidworks CAM自动编程只需做好轧辊图,设置好加工参数即可实现三维动态模拟加工,自动生成轧辊加工程序,然后用U盘或者CF卡将后置生成程序传输到CNC车床数控系统中,或通过数据线与机床连接,远程加工;与以前Auto CAD做图捕捉节点相比,极大程度地降低了做图时间和编程难度,杜绝了因手动操作带来的一系列失误隐患,缩短了编程时间,提高了加工效率,加快了轧辊加工与世界先进制造技术的接轨。Using SolidWorks cam for automatic programming, three-dimensional dynamic simulation processing can be realized only after the roll map is made and the processing parameters are set, and the roll processing program is automatically generated. Then, the post generated program is transmitted to the CNC lathe numerical control system with U disk or CF card,or connected with the machine tool through data line for remote processing. Compared with the previous AutoCAD drawing capture node, it greatly reduces the drawing time and programming difficulty, eliminates a series of potential errors caused by manual operation, shortens the programming time, and improves the processing efficiency, speed up the roll processing and the world’s advanced manufacturing technology.
