摘  要:本文介绍了带式过滤机在攀枝花钒制品厂水浸提钒制备高浓度钒液存在的问题,针对性地采取对高位罐和滤液罐结构、滤布再生、料浆段、滤饼洗涤的改进和滤液作洗布水、延长真空抽滤区、底流返高位罐等措施。结果表明:1台过滤机运行4座焙烧炉的物料、滤饼强化洗涤11次,浸出钒液的钒浓度平均44.43g/L、残渣SV含量平均0.17%,滤液罐内壁无结垢。Inview of the problems arising from the water leaching process for preparation high concentration of vanadium solution with belt-type filter in the Panzhihua Vanadium Production Plant, countermeasures were selected to solve production problems and improve production efficiency, such as improving the structure of highlevel tank and filtrate tank, filter cloth regeneration, optimizingslurry feed and cake wash water, reusing filtrate as cloth wash water, increasing the length of vacuum box and the underflow returned back to the high-level tank.The results showed thatthe leachate vanadium concentration of 44.43g/L and the residue water-soluble vanadium content of 0.19% could be achieved under the conditions of one filter handling four furnaces’ s clinker and cake washed 11 times. At the same time, there’s no scaling inside the wall of the filtrate tank.
