摘 要:铝电解槽角部伸腿肥大问题,影响电解槽运行的稳定性,导致电解槽阳极不消耗,电解槽电流效率降低,角部肥大严重时会顶坏阳极导杆,是电解铝制造生产过程中常见的负面现象。本文针对340KA铝电解槽角部肥大问题,结合广元中孚高精铝材有限公司2020年至2021年铝电解槽生产管理数据,深究铝电解槽角部肥大问题产生的原因,从筑炉材料、技术管理条件两个方面提出相应的预防及处理措施。结果表明:采用保温性能高的材料铸造电解槽可以有效防止电解槽角部肥大问题;精细化电解槽启动后期、正常期的生产管理能够达到炉膛二次焙烧的目的,防止畸形炉膛的产生,防止电解槽走向冷行程,电解槽角部肥大有明显改善。The problem of extending leg enlargement in the corner of the aluminum electrolytic cell affects the stability of the operation of the electrolytic cell, resulting in the non-consumption of the electrolytic cell anode,the current efficiency of the electrolytic cell is reduced, and the anode guide rod will be broken when the corner hypertrophy is serious, which is a common negative phenomenon in the manufacturing and production process of Lv Material. This paper aims at the problem of 340KA aluminum electrolyzer corner hypertrophy, combined with the production management data of Guangyuan Zhongfu High-precision Aluminum Co., Ltd. from 2020 to 2021,deeply investigates the causes of the problem of aluminum electrolyzer corner hypertrophy, and proposes corresponding prevention and treatment measures from the two aspects of casting furnace materials and technical management conditions. The results show that casting electrolytic cells with materials with high thermal insulation performance can effectively prevent the problem of enlargement of the corners of the electrolytic cells. The production management of the late start and normal period of the refined electrolytic cell can achieve the purpose of secondary roasting of the furnace chamber, prevent the generation of deformed furnace chamber, prevent the electrolyzer from going to the cold stroke, and the enlargement of the electrolytic cell corner has been significantly improved.
