国家集采和医保谈判药品协同管理实践分析——以北京市某三级医院为例

摘　　要：目的:探究北京市某三级医院集采和国谈药品协同管理的实践成效,为推动医院合理用药、完善医院药品管理提供建议。方法:利用Excel软件,采用对比分析法探究医院2017年—2021年的药品采购数据。结果:协同管理后,集采和国谈药品占医院总药品目录品规的比重提高了4.35倍,集采中标药品采购数量占比提高了4.59倍,国谈药品采购频次提高了6.21倍,药品采购总金额下降了0.5亿元。结论:集采和国谈药品协同管理提高了药品可及性和医保基金使用效率、推动了医院合理用药、优化了医院药品采购供应管理。Objective:The paper attempts to explore the effect of collaborative drug management in a tertiary hospital in Beijing,and to provide suggestions for promoting rational drug use and improving drug management in hospitals.Methods:Excel software was used to explore the drug purchase data of the hospital from 2017 to 2021 by comparative analysis.Results:After collaborative management,the proportion of centralized procurement and national negotiation drugs in the total drug catalog of the hospital increased 4.35 times,the proportion of selected centralized procurement drugs quantity increased 4.59 times,the frequency of national negotiation drug procurement increased 6.21 times,and the total amount of drug procurement decreased 50 million yuan.Conclusion:The coordinated drug management of centralized purchase and national negotiation can improve the availability of drugs and the efficiency of medical insurance funds,promote rational drug use in hospitals,and optimize the drug purchase and supply management in hospitals.
