摘　　要：社区是老年人日常生活的主要空间场所,在积极应对人口老龄化及健康中国战略背景下,我国康复需求日益突显。社区如何适应人口结构的变化,为老年人及有康复需求的人群营造适宜的生活环境,是需要着力思考的议题。本文以患有血栓栓塞类疾病的老年人为例,通过调查问卷,运用描述性分析、交叉分析等方法,探究不同变量之间的关系及这些具体变量对于“调研对象对社区景观的评价”的具体影响,分析其对社区室外环境的使用现状与康复需求,针对社区室外环境的空间设计、元素配置、康复景观方面对居住环境提出技术措施建议,以期探究此类特殊疾病人群景观环境的公平性与包容性,为优化室外康复空间、增强社区室外环境包容性,以及提升血栓栓塞类疾病老年人的康复效能提供参考。Community is the main space for the daily life of elderly people.In the context of actively coping with the aging of the population and Healthy China strategy,the demand for rehabilitation in China has become increasingly prominent.How communities adapt to the demographic changes and create a suitable living environmentfor elderly people and people with rehabilitation needs is an issue to be considered.In this paper,wetake the elderly with thromboembolic diseases as an example,and use descriptive and cross analyses to investigate the relationship between different variables and the specific influence of these variables on the"respondents'evaluation of community landscape"by questionnaire.We analyze the current situation and rehabilitation needs of the outdoor environment in the community,and propose technical measures for the living environment focusing on the space design of outdoor environment,element configuration and rehabilitation landscape,so as to explore the equity and inclusiveness of the landscape environment forpeople with these special diseases.We also provide references for the optimization of outdoor rehabilitation space,enhancing the inclusiveness of the community outdoorenvironment,and improving the rehabilitation effectiveness of elderly people with thromboembolic diseases.
