摘  要:对无扩口型航空导管接头的旋压连接进行了理论解析,采用上限法设定了运动许可速度场,并对滚柱的速度进行了分解,确定了各运动之间的关系。建立了塑性变形消耗功率模型、速度间断面的剪切功率模型和接触面的摩擦功率模型,进而得到了消耗总功率模型。根据功率平衡,建立了单位接触压力和三向分解旋压力模型。以Φ12 mm钛合金航空导管接头为例,通过理论计算确定了消耗总功率、单位接触压力以及轴向、径向和切向的旋压力,对比分析了理论计算的三向旋压力和有限元分析获得的三向旋压力。结果表明,理论计算值与数值模拟值具有较高的吻合度。根据理论计算选取加工设备,获得了性能优异的试验制件。The theoretical analysis of spinning connection for aviation tube joint was carried out.The upper bound method was used to set the permissible velocity field,and the velocity of roller was resolved to determine the relationship between the movements.The power consumption model for plastic deformation,shear power model of velocity discontinuities and friction power model of contact surface were established,and then the total power consumption model was obtained.According to the power balance,the models of unit contact pressure and the rotational pressure of triaxial decomposition were established.Taking theΦ12 mm titanium alloy aviation tube joint as an example,the overall consumed power,unit contact pressure,and axial,radial and tangential rotational pressures were determined by theoretical calculation.The triaxial rotational pressure calculated by theory was compared with the triaxial rotational pressure obtained by finite element analysis.The results show that the theoretical caculation values agree well with the numerical simulated values.According to the theoretical calculation,the processing equipment was selected and the test workpieces with excellent performance were obtained.
