摘  要:使用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机进行了Cr5钢在变形温度为800~1250℃,应变速率为0.001~1 s^(-1)条件下的热拉伸试验和单道次热压缩试验,并用S-4800扫描电镜和电子显微镜分别对热拉伸断口的形貌和组织进行了观测。基于热拉伸试验研究了Cr5钢的断裂规律和热塑性。结果表明,在900~1250℃、0.001~1 s^(-1)的变形条件下Cr5钢均具有良好的热塑性,在研究的参数范围内,热塑性随变形温度和应变速率的升高而增强。基于热压缩试验分析研究了不同参数下的微观组织和热加工图。结果表明,温度越高,应变速率越低,材料的动态再结晶程度越高,且材料在低温、高应变速率下变形会出现失稳。Cr5钢的最佳热加工参数为1050~1200℃、0.1~0.01 s^(-1)。The thermal tensile tests and single-pass thermal compression tests of Cr5 steel were carried out at the temperature of 800-1250℃and the strain rate of 0.001-1 s^(-1)using Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator,and the morphologies and microstructure of thermal tensile fractures were observed by S-4800 scanning electron microscope and electron microscope,respectively.Based on the thermal tensile tests,the fracture law and hot ductility of Cr5 steel were studied.The results show that Cr5 steel has good hot ductility under the deformation conditions of 900-1250℃and 0.001-1 s^(-1),and within the studied parameters,the hot ductility enhances with the increase of deformation temperature and strain rate.Based on the test analysis of thermal compression,the microstructure and hot processing maps with different parameters were studied.The results show that the higher the temperature is,the lower the strain rate is,the higher the dynamic recrystallization degree of the material is,and the deformation of the material is unstable at low temperature and high strain rate.The optimal hot working parameters of Cr5 steel are 1050-1200℃,0.1-0.01 s^(-1).
