摘  要:以锻态18Cr2Ni4WA为研究对象,研究其非平衡锻态组织高温回火温度对α相再结晶程度的影响。将粗大非平衡组织的锻态材料分别加热至不同温度(550、600、650和690℃)进行高温回火,采用光学显微镜观察了不同回火温度下材料的组织形貌,通过对比不同回火温度下α相的再结晶程度,分析了回火温度对α相再结晶影响。然后重新加热至860℃进行正火处理,通过观察其晶粒形貌,找到最佳晶粒细化和均匀化的材料。结果表明,锻态18Cr2Ni4WA在锻后热处理前,先进行650℃的高温回火,使非平衡的α相发生部分再结晶,然后进行锻后正火热处理,能够切断组织遗传,起到细化和均匀化奥氏体晶粒的作用。Taking the forged 18Cr2Ni4WA as the research object,the effects of high temperature tempering temperature of its non-equilibrium forged structure on the recrystallization degree ofαphase were studied.The forged material with coarse non-equilibrium structure was heated to different temperatures(550,600,650 and 690℃)and tempered at high temperature.The microstructure morphologies of the material at different tempering temperatures were observed by optical microscope.By comparing the recrystallization degree ofαphase at different tempering temperatures,the effects of tempering temperature onαphase recrystallization were analyzed.Then it was reheated to 860℃for normalizing treatment,and the best material for grain refinement and homogenization was found by observing its grain morphology.The results show that before the heat treatment after forging,the forged 18Cr2Ni4WA is tempered at 650℃to partially recrystallize the non-equilibriumαphase,and then the normalizing heat treatment after forging is carried out,the microstructure inheritance can be cut off,and the austenite grain can be refined and homogenized.
