摘  要:采用新型连续拉伸-压缩试验夹具对1.2 mm厚超高强度钢DP980进行了工程预应变为4%和7.5%的连续拉伸-压缩试验,获得了循环加载条件下的真应力-真应变曲线。与单轴拉伸试验曲线相比,发现DP980存在明显屈服强度降低的包辛格效应和永久软化现象。为了在仿真中考虑包辛格效应和永久软化现象,选择各向同性硬化模型和Chaboche混合硬化模型在ABAQUS中进行了计算分析,以提高回弹计算精度,并结合Isight优化软件获取了混合硬化参数。结果表明,各向同性硬化模型过高估计了反向屈服应力,完全不能描述包辛格效应。而Chaboche混合硬化模型可以有效捕捉材料的包辛格效应、瞬态效应和永久软化现象。To obtain the true strain-true stress curves under cyclic loading condition,the continuous tension-compression tests with the engineering pre-strains of 4%and 7.5%were carried out on the ultra-high strength steel DP980 with thickness of 1.2 mm using new type continnous tension-compression test fixture.Comparing with the uniaxial tension curve,it is found that obvious Bauschinger effect of yield stress reduction and permanent softening phenomenon exist in DP980 steel.To take Bauschinger effect and permanent softening phenomenon into account in the simulation,isotropic hardening model and Chaboche combined hardening model were selected for caculation in ABAQUS software to improve the calculation accuracy of springback.The Isight optimization software was used to obtain the combined hardening parameters.The results show that the isotropic hardening model overestimates the reverse yield stress,and cannot describe the Bauschinger effect.The Chaboche combined hardening model can effectively capture the Bauschinger effect,transient effect and permanent softening of the material.
