摘 要:以含溴模拟老卤为原料,基于微化工技术,搭建了毛细管式微通道装置,开展微萃取法分离溴(Br2)的研究。利用量子化学计算与实验相结合的方法筛选萃取剂,综合萃取率以及溴损失率,选定正十二烷作为萃取剂。利用正交试验方法确定微萃取过程最佳工艺条件,在温度20℃,油水体积比1.0,三通内孔直径0.25 mm,传质管内径0.5 mm,油水总流量0.10 mL/min和停留时间70 s的情况下,可实现溴萃取率大于80%。The deposit brine of potash production from Indochina Peninsula rock salt mine has a bromine ion mass concentration of 2000-3000 mg/L,making it a valuable raw material for bromine production.Effective use of bromine resources associated with rock salt mines is important for improving the comprehensive utilization of rock salt mines.In this paper,a capillary microchannel set-up was built to carry out the research on the separation of bromine from the simulated deposit brine.By combining quantum chemical calculations and extraction experiments,n-dodecane was selected as the extractant for bromine because of its decent extraction ratio and relatively low bromine loss ratio.Orthogonal experimental design was used to determine the optimal process conditions for the microextraction.The bromine extraction rate was greater than 80%,at the condition of temperature 20℃,oil-water phase volume ratio 1.0,T-type mixer inner through hole diameter 0.25 mm,capillary microchannel inner diameter 0.5 mm,total flow rate 0.10 mL/min,and residence time 70 s.
