摘  要:在役钢轨在运用过程中,由于受车轮载荷影响,钢轨轨头容易形成鱼鳞纹、擦伤、硌伤等表面缺陷。若不及时检测并进行维修处理,将进一步发展造成钢轨折断导致失效,影响行车安全。近年来,双轨式钢轨超声波探伤仪已在铁路广泛应用,具有自带动力、走行速度快、检测效率高等特点,但主要用于钢轨的内部伤损检测。根据钢轨廓形特点并结合双轨式钢轨超声波探伤仪的结构特性,设计了模块化涡流检测系统,研制了32通道涡流检测主机和探头组模块等,并在铺设试块钢轨的试验线路进行了试验。试验表明,该涡流检测系统对大于0.5 mm深的人工直裂纹和斜裂纹均能有效检出,并显示深度评估数据。During the operation of the in-service rail, due to the influence of wheel load, the rail head easily develop surface defects such as fish scale and scratch. If it is not repaired and handled in time, it will further develop and cause the rail to break, leading to failure, which will affect the safety of service.In recent years, the dual-rail ultrasonic flaw detector has been widely used in the railway because of its own power, fast running speed and high detection efficiency, but it is mainly used to detect the internal damage of the rail. According to the characteristics of the rail profile and the structural characteristics of the dual-rail ultrasonic flaw detector, a modular eddy current testing system was designed, with a 32 channels eddy current testing host and a probe group module, and tests were carried out on the experimental line of laying test block rails. The test shows that the eddy current testing system can effectively detect the artificial straight cracks and oblique cracks with a depth greater than 0.5 mm, and display the depth evaluation data.
