摘　　要：目的 探讨预见性护理联合导尿管追踪护理对老年患者腹腔镜泌尿外科手术泌尿系统感染及疼痛程度的影响。方法 选取2019年10月至2021年10月在首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院泌尿外科接受腹腔镜手术90例老年患者,按随机数字表法分对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予预见性护理联合导尿管追踪护理,比较两组干预1、2、3周时泌尿系统感染发生率、干预前后疼痛程度变化、导尿管不良事件发生情况及护理满意度。结果 干预1、2、3周时,研究组泌尿系统感染发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分均较干预前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组导尿管不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 预见性护理联合导尿管追踪护理的实施可显著减少泌尿外科老年腹腔镜手术患者泌尿系统感染、导尿管不良事件的发生,减轻术后疼痛程度,提高护理满意度,临床推广价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing combined with catheter tracking nursing on urinary tract infection and pain in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic urology surgery. Methods A total of 90 elderly patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Department of Urology, Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected, according to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given predictive nursing combined with catheter tracking nursing. The incidence of urinary tract infection, nursing satisfaction, the incidence of adverse events of catheter, and the degree of pain before and after intervention were compared between the two groups at 1, 2, and 3 weeks after intervention. Results After 1, 2 and 3 weeks of intervention, the incidence of urinary system infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After intervention, the visual analogue scale scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the study group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing combined with catheter tracking nursing can significantly reduce the occurrence of urinary system infection and catheter adverse events in elderly patients with laparoscopic surgery in urology, reduce postoperative pain, improve nursing satisfaction, and has high clinical promotion value.
