摘 要:针对业务协作、共享、互操作和环境自适应的迫切需求,以及传统以固定活动执行顺序的建模方法对动态建模的支撑不足,构建业务流程本体模型,提出一种基于本体的动态业务流程建模方法。上述业务流程本体模型从流程基本要素,业务目标,业务规则和业务决策四个方面,给出动态业务流程的精准概念描述。基于提出的本体模型,将高阶组织目标分解为低阶可执行的活动目标,通过结合细化的业务规则和活动目标可构建动态自适应过程。上述方法支撑业务执行中蕴含的知识显性化表达,有助于复杂业务决策。使用该方法对人员招聘过程进行建模,与现有过程进建模方法相比,所提方法可更好的实现过程的动态自适应和知识的共享。For the urgent requirements of business collaboration,sharing,interoperability and environment adaptation,and the insufficiency of traditional modeling methods based on a fixed execution sequence of activities,a business process ontology model is introduced,and a dynamic process modeling method based on ontology is proposed.This business process ontology model gives a precise concept description of the dynamic process from four perspectives,including basic elements of business process,business goals,business rules and business decisions.Based on the proposed ontology model,the high-order organizational goals can be decomposed into refined operational level activity goals,and dynamic processes can be constructed by combining refined business rules and activity goals.In addition,this method supports the explicit representation of knowledge contained in business execution,which is helpful for complex business decision-making.This method is used to model the recruitment process.Compared with the existing process modeling methods,this method can better realize the dynamic adaptation of the process and knowledge sharing.
