摘  要:为了提高过热汽温控制系统在火电机组在自启停控制系统(APS)中的设定值跟踪能力、抗外部干扰性能以及鲁棒性,提出了一种带扰动前馈的多模型阶梯式预测控制算法。算法一方面引入阶梯式策略以此规避传统的DMC矩阵求逆问题;另一方面为增强抗干扰性能,在控制量中引入了扰动补偿作用。考虑到APS过程中过热汽温系统特性的非线性,通过引入多模型切换策略来提高控制系统的鲁棒性。仿真结果表明,所提出算法具有较强的实用性,能够实现过热汽温系统安全、稳定、经济运行。In order to improve the set-point tracking ability,disturbance rejection performance and robustness of superheated steam temperature control system in APS of thermal power units,a multi-model stair-like predictive control algorithm with disturbance feedforward is proposed.On the one hand,the ladder strategy was introduced to avoid the traditional DMC matrix inversion problem;On the other hand,in order to enhance the anti-interference performance,disturbance compensation was introduced into the control variables.Considering the nonlinearity of superheated steam temperature system in APS process,multi model switching strategy was introduced to improve the robustness of the control system.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has strong practicability and can realize the safe,stable and economical operation of the superheated steam temperature system.
