摘　　要：目的探讨互联网+群组式健康管理在高血压患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法, 选取2020年5月-2021年5月首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院收治的首次确诊高血压的350例患者为研究对象, 采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和干预组, 各175例, 对照组患者接受常规健康管理, 干预组患者在对照组基础上接受互联网+群组式健康管理, 比较干预前后两组患者血压情况。结果干预6个月后, 共失访15例患者, 最终对照组纳入165例患者, 干预组纳入170例患者。重复测量方差分析显示, 两组患者收缩压、舒张压和24 h收缩压变异系数均存在组间效应、时间效应, 以及组间与时间的交互效应(P<0.01)。结论互联网+群组式健康管理能够改善高血压患者血压控制情况。Objective To explore the application effect of Internet plus group health management in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 350 patients with hypertension who were diagnosed for the first time in Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects by the convenient sampling method.The random number table method was used to divide the patients into the control group and the intervention group,with 175 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine health management,while patients in the intervention group received Internet plus group health management based on the control group.The blood pressure of the two groups was compared before and after intervention.Results After 6 months of intervention,a total of 15 patients were lost to follow-up.Finally,165 patients were included in the control group and 170 patients were included in the intervention group.Repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that there were inter-group effects,time effects and interaction effects between groups and time on the variation coefficients of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and 24 h systolic blood pressure(P<0.01).Conclusions Internet plus group health management can improve blood pressure control of hypertension patients.
