摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘技术, 探讨耳穴贴压促进外科腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的常用耳穴、选穴规律、按压方法及频率, 以期更好地指导临床运用。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、中文科技期刊数据库中与耳穴贴压干预术后胃肠功能相关的文献。采用Excel软件建立耳穴选穴处方数据库, 并采用SPSS Modeler 18.0软件分析耳穴关联规则。结果共纳入52篇文献, 包含25个耳穴, 耳穴贴压促进腹部术后胃肠功能恢复中常用耳穴为大肠(15.41%)、小肠(14.75%)、胃(14.75%)、交感(10.49%)、神门(7.21%)、脾(6.89%)、三焦(6.23%)、皮质下(6.23%)、内分泌(4.26%)。大肠-小肠-胃、胃-神门-小肠、大肠-神门-交感、胃-神门-交感、胃-神门-大肠等为常用耳穴组合。结论耳穴贴压促进腹部术后胃肠功能恢复疗效确切, 耳穴贴压应用于腹部术后肠功能恢复有待于高质量的临床研究, 规范耳穴贴压技术标准, 制订临床应用指南, 进一步开展相关机制的基础研究。Objective To explore the common auricular points,point selection rules,pressing methods and frequency based on data mining for auricular acupressure to promote gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery,so as to guide clinical practice.Methods The articles related to the gastrointestinal function after auricular acupressure were retrieved on China National Knowledge Infrastructure,WanFang Data and Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database.The database of auricular point selection prescription was established with Excel.SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to analyze ear point association rules.Results A total of 52 articles were included,involving 25 auricular points.The commonly used auricular points for promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery were large intestine(15.41%),small intestine(14.75%),stomach(14.75%),sympathy(10.49%),Shenmen(7.21%),spleen(6.89%),triple-jiao(6.23%),subcortex(6.23%),and endocrine(4.26%).Large intestine-small intestine-stomach,stomach-shenmen-small intestine,large intestine-shenmen sympathy,stomach-shenmen-sympathy,stomach-shenmen-large intestine were commonly used ear point combinations.Conclusions Auricular acupressure has a definite effect on promoting gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery.The application of auricular acupressure in the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery needs high-quality clinical research,standardize the technical standards of auricular acupressure,formulate clinical practice guidelines,and further carry out basic research on relevant mechanisms.
