摘　　要：耳穴疗法因其具有操作简单、疗效显著、副作用小等独特优势在临床应用广泛,但不同施术者的手法及理念不同,其对于同种疾病的临床疗效也不尽相同。笔者通过查阅文献,对相关研究进行归纳总结,并认为穴位配伍、穴位定位、刺激量、刺激时间、刺激方法是影响临床疗效的主要因素。本研究旨在重申耳穴疗法需要注意的因素,以期促进耳穴疗法的规范化研究,为规范化操作提供理论借鉴,更好地指导和提高针刺的临床疗效。Auricular therapy is widely used in clinical practice because of its unique advantages such as simple operation,significant curative effect and small side effects.However,different practitioners have different techniques and concepts,and their clinical efficacy for the same disease is not the same.By referring to the literature,the author summarized the relevant studies and believed that acupoint compatibility,acupoint positioning,stimulation amount,stimulation time and stimulation method were the main factors affecting the clinical efficacy.This study aims to reiterate the factors that should be paid attention to in auricular therapy,in order to promote the standardized research of auricular acupoint therapy,provide theoretical reference for standardized operation and better guide and improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture.
