摘  要:青年大学生是我国人才储备的重要来源。高等教育阶段本应是青年大学生自由疾驰的“赛道”之一,却出现了一个动态的内卷“陷阱”。“内卷”成为当前一些大学生盲目竞争的代名词,更是成为2021年度网络新词。文章从大学生主体出发进行分析,发现大学生内卷化困境是其学习意义贫困的实践表征,包括功利化、表演化与异己化三重特点;同时基于SSMMD模型,从学习环境认知失导、学业自我概念失调以及深层学习动机失能三方面剖析青年大学生陷入内卷化困境的社会根源与自我建构逻辑,继而为大学生突破内卷化困境提供路径参考。College students are an important source of our country’s talent pool. The higher education stage should be a platform for college students to develop freely, but a dynamic trap of development stagnation has emerged in college life. Involution has become the current description of college students’ fierce and blind competition, and it has become an annual new word of 2021 in the Internet space. This study analyzes from the main body of college students and finds that college students’ dilemma of involution is the practical manifestation of their poverty in the meaning of learning, which includes three characteristics of utilitarianism, performance, and alienation. Based on the SSMMD model, it analyzes the social roots and self-construction logic of college students falling into the dilemma of involution from such three aspects as cognitive disorientation in the learning environment, dissonance of academic self-concept, and incapacitation of deep learning motivation, and then provides a solution for college students to break through the dilemma of involution.
